Usually, after a practice session, some students will sit with Ajarn Chiwin and listen as he tells of his experience learning in the martial way. We sit and listen as he shares what he has gained from his teachers and his teachers’ teachers.  We listen intently, and we also laugh as Ajarn tells tales in his own style.  We hardly notice how quickly the time passes.  Once, Ajarn Chiwin told us that because we are students of martial arts, one day we might have the chance to meet accomplished martial arts stars such as Jackie Chan, Jet Li, Sammo Hung Kam-Bo, Donnie Yen, Steven Seagal, Yuen Biao, Wesley Snipes, or some other celeberties at our very own gym. We could not quite follow his line of thinking, and did not see how or why this would be possible.

Time passed and we regularyly met various martial artists, teachers, and friends of Ajarn Chiwin.  So when Ajarn Chiwin told us that we would receive guests at the gym August 17-19, 2007, we were excited as usual... But we could hardly believe it when he told us that what we talked about long before was really happening now.  Our country’s most famous martial arts star, Tony Jaa, was coming to visit our gym!

It was yet another opportunity for the Tai Fu Do academy and its students to receive and take care of guests, who happened to be an international action star!  Other guests included Sahamongkol Film executives, and friends of Mr. Jaa.
